The postage cost will be charged in accordance with the current price list of GLS Post. For payment by bank transfer or credit card, the postage cost is 4,00 EUR + 22% VAT, up to a purchase of 50,00 EUR. For purchases over 50.00 EUR, postage is free. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of 3,00 EUR + 22% VAT will be charged. When placing an order in the online shop www.budseason.eu, the amount of the commission is indicated. Cash on delivery is possible up to a maximum amount of €2,000 including VAT.
Postage for EU countries is payable and is calculated according to the weight of the product. Cash on delivery for EU countries is only possible for Croatia.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF THE COURIER BRINGS YOU A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR IF THERE ARE VISIBLE SIGNS OF OPENING, THE COURIER MUST WRITE A DAMAGE REPORT ON THE SPOT UPON DELIVERY!

Delivery
We undertake to deliver the goods as soon as possible. The delivery time is from 1-2 days from the accepted order. In case the product is not available at the time of purchase, the delivery time does not apply. Delivery is made to the address you enter when placing the order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a GLS Post employee will leave a message so that you can collect the goods at the nearest branch. GLS delivery is made to the address twice. The third delivery time is chargeable and will be borne by the buyer.
Personal collection
If the customer wishes to collect the shipment from Bud Season’s warehouse, this is possible but must be arranged by telephone in advance. Personal collection is free of charge.COURIER
