PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A high airflow duct filter designed to remove odours and chemicals using premium Australian Virgin carbon. This activated carbon layer has RC412 pores which allow for a high adsorption rate and longer life. Its heavy-duty construction features aluminium flanges and a double-sided galvanised steel mesh with a rust-resistant metal finish to resist corrosion and high humidity. The carbon filter can be used with a built-in fan for use in both intake and exhaust configurations and its flanges can be inverted to further extend its service life. It includes two machine washable pre-filter cloths to prevent carbon residues and two hanging straps for easy installation.

PREMIUM CARBON

Each carbon filter contains premium quality Australian virgin carbon with an IAV rating of 1200+. It consists of a 38 mm thick layer of carbon, which has a higher microporosity and helps to achieve a higher surface rating. This, combined with the wide mesh opening, not only allows for a higher rate of adsorption without restricting free airflow, but also extends its life by up to 33%. It is most commonly used in hydroponic systems, grow tents, grow rooms, kitchens, smoking rooms and other ventilation projects.
