Why lighting when growing plants indoors?

Indoor lighting.
Light and electricity are important tools to support indoor plant cultivation. Light duration is also a method to help plants from the growth phase to the flowering phase. As soon as the plants receive fewer hours of light per day, they prepare for the flowering phase. So remember that a growing plant has a different exposure time than a flowering plant. In general, 18 hours of light is preferred for a growing plant and 12 hours for a flowering plant. This applies to both conventional grow lights and LED lighting. Things have changed with the advent of LED lighting. LED lighting emits less heat and the ideal temperature is easier to control.
