PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AC Infinity CLOUDLINE PRO S6 Fan with 150mm speed controller is designed to quietly ventilate hydroponic grow rooms, boost heating/cooling to rooms, circulate fresh air, exhaust projects, and cool AV closets. Featuring an inline mixed-flow design, the duct fan can maintain airflow even in high static pressure applications. It is built with a PWM-controlled EC motor for quiet and energy-efficient performance. The motor box containing the fan’s impeller and blades can be detached from the mounted frame for easy cleaning and maintenance. Includes a smart controller with dynamic climate and time-based programming and can connect to multiple UIS devices. This product is a part of the UIS™ platform of grow devices and smart controllers, designed to integrate with each other to achieve your ideal environment.
PRECISE SPEED CONTROLLER
The speed controller enables you to set the duct fan’s speed between ten speed levels to optimal noise and airflow levels in various environments. The precise airflow control is supported by the inline fan’s cutting-edge EC motor that is precisely controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This enables it to run smoothly at extremely low RPM speeds without generating motor noise. Also features backup memory that retains the last speed setting whenever power is cut off from the controller.
QUIET AND ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN
This duct fan uses a mixed-flow design using a stator blade and dual hydrodynamic wind circles, enabling it to deliver airflow even in applications where air movement is restricted. The motor houses dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours which allows the duct fan unit to be mounted in any direction. The unit is IP44 rated to be highly resistant to dust and liquids and performs well even in harsh environments.
APPLICATIONS
This quiet duct fan system is popular in a variety of applications including cooling AV equipment rooms, closets, racks, and cabinets. Using activated carbon?
Activated carbon is widely used in home filtration systems. It can be used as a stand-alone filter to reduce or eliminate bad odour and taste, chlorine and a wide range of organic contaminants from public tap water (pre-treated or chlorinated) and to significantly improve the quality of drinking water.
It is also used to pre-treat water, as a component of reverse osmosis, to filter out many organic contaminants, chlorine and other substances that damage the reverse osmosis membrane. Filters made of 0.5 micron block-pressed activated carbon are commonly used to filter cysts such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
Activated carbon filters generally do not bind dissolved inorganic compounds, such as minerals or water. salts that cause hardness of water, limescale, antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, copper, fluoride, mercury, nickel, nitrates, nitrites, selenium, sulphate, thallium and certain radioactive elements. To trap these contaminants, a reverse osmosis system is needed (some of which are also trapped by filters containing KDF® 55).
Why Activated Charcoal?
As activated carbon, especially granular activated carbon, does not retain mechanical particles well enough, it is highly recommended to install a pre-filter in front of the activated carbon to filter out mechanical particles. The pre-filter extends the life of the activated carbon filter cartridge by trapping contaminants that would otherwise clog the fine pores of the activated carbon, thus reducing the surface area for adsorption of other contaminants.
