Description
The new Wilma 16 XXL hydroponic circle system.
WILMA 16 ensures that your plants are supplied with the nutrient solution in a professional way, so that the plant is not lacking anything and develops optimally. Manual irrigation falls off. Systems such as WILMA 16 XXL automatically supply the plants with the necessary liquid. In advanced systems like Wilma 16 XXL, plants have enough space to develop optimally. These growing systems are very light, easy to move and very stable, allowing the plant to stand firmly upright even when it grows. Nutriculture Wilma systems have been specifically designed for professional use.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Only vigorous plants, healthy transplants or cuttings are considered for WILMA systems
- Pots or plastic liners (Rockwool cubes) should be removed, but care should be taken not to wash out the propagation medium
- Grow in such a way that the medium chosen covers only the propagation block; special attention should be paid to the leaves, as neither the seed leaves nor the first true leaves should be buried.
- Inert open drainage media (clay-pore, rockwool cubes) must be thoroughly soaked and allowed to drain before planting.
- Substrates such as soil and coconut must be moist before planting
- Heating of the nutrient solution is not necessary unless climatic conditions dictate (e.g. low night temperatures).
- When changing the nutrient solution, plants can be soaked once with water only to prevent the accumulation of unused nutrient salts (especially in media such as soil).
Young plants
- Several irrigations with smaller amounts are recommended, rather than one longer irrigation with a larger amount.
- Young plants need less water than mature plants
- It’s better to water less than too much
- 1-2 periods per day are usually sufficient for most young plants
- For new plants, about half a dose of nutrient will be sufficient
Mature plants
- Observation of the plant is necessary to decide how much to water
- No medium may be allowed to dry completely
- The maximum number of “floods” is once an hour (during the day), although most fully mature plants don’t need as many
